01How much does a demolition cost?
The price depends on the type of structure, the area, access for machinery and the volume of debris. Send us photos and approximate measurements on WhatsApp for an initial estimate; we confirm the final quote after visiting the site.
02Do I need a permit to demolish?
In most cases, yes: a demolition requires a building permit (licencia de obra) or a declaración responsable filed with the town hall, depending on the type of work. We will explain what documents your case needs.
03Do you take care of debris removal?
Yes, debris removal is part of our demolition services.
04Can you demolish in places with difficult access?
Yes. Where machinery cannot get in, we carry out manual demolition.
05Which areas do you work in?
In Malaga and across the Costa del Sol: Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola and the surrounding area.
06How long does a demolition take?
It depends on the size and type of structure. We give you an estimated timeframe together with the quote.
